Privacy Policy

Draft for operator review. These policies must be reviewed and finalized by the NEXUS operator before being relied on as final legal terms.

Account information

NEXUS uses account information such as your email, username, display name, chosen viewer or creator path, preferences, and onboarding status to provide your account and personalize the experience. Authentication is handled by the platform’s authentication service.

Public profiles and activity

Your username, channel name, bio, public profile artwork, social links, public chat messages, and community posts can be visible to other visitors. Do not put private information in public profile fields or posts.

Service providers

NEXUS uses Base44 for application services, Google when you choose Google sign-in, and LiveKit for live streaming. Those providers process information needed to deliver the features you use under their applicable policies.

Preferences and local storage

Signup drafts are temporarily kept in your browser’s session storage to preserve non-password form details during account setup. Passwords and verification codes are not included in these signup drafts. Notification preferences are saved to your account; saving a preference does not by itself enable a delivery channel.

Policy finalization

The NEXUS operator must finalize retention periods, privacy contact details, rights-request procedures, applicable regional disclosures, and all analytics or advertising disclosures before adopting this draft.
