Terms of Service
Draft for operator review. These policies must be reviewed and finalized by the NEXUS operator before being relied on as final legal terms.
Your account
Use accurate account information and keep your password and verification codes private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Never share stream keys or impersonate another creator.
Community standards
Treat viewers and creators with respect. Harassment, hate, threats, scams, unlawful content, and unauthorized sharing of personal information are not permitted. Channel moderators may remove messages or restrict participation.
Your content
Only broadcast or upload content you have the right to share. You retain ownership of your content. Publishing on NEXUS allows the platform to display and distribute that content as needed to provide the service.
Creator tools
Viewer and creator paths personalize the experience; they do not grant administrative access. Streaming requires a compatible broadcast setup. Monetization and payouts, when available, are subject to their separately disclosed terms.
Policy finalization
The NEXUS operator must finalize eligibility, enforcement and appeals, contact information, governing law, service availability, and any commercial terms before adopting this draft.
