Are channel subscriptions available?
The current difference between published tiers and an active subscription service.

Current availability
Channel subscriptions have not been enabled yet. A creator may configure and display subscription tiers, but a visible tier does not mean a paid recurring subscription is available.
Do not assume benefits are active
A tier description can describe intended perks. It is not proof that a subscription payment has been processed or that a paid entitlement has been granted.
Other ways to support
You can follow creators and watch their publicly available content. Where the Tip control is available, a one-time tip uses a separate checkout flow and is not a subscription.
