Fix a problem
My channel still looks offline
Separate channel setup from an actual incoming broadcast.

Make sure OBS is actually streaming
Creating a channel, saving a title, or publishing a schedule does not start a broadcast. Confirm that OBS is actively streaming rather than only recording locally.
Check the destination
Make sure OBS is configured with the server URL and stream key shown for this Nexus Arena channel. A key from another channel or an old rotated key will not identify your intended broadcast correctly.
Check connection information
Open Stream Key & OBS Setup and review the available connection status. After the broadcast is detected, reopen the channel to check its public state.
After stopping
A short reconnect grace period can keep the channel live briefly after OBS stops sending. This is intended to allow reconnection; it is not evidence that a new broadcast has started.
