Tip payment confirmation
Understand the difference between returning from checkout and a confirmed payment.

Returning is not proof of payment
The checkout-return page is a way back to Nexus Arena. Opening that page does not, by itself, prove that a charge succeeded.
A tip appears in the creator’s confirmed tips after payment confirmation. Closing checkout before completion does not count as confirmed support.
If you are unsure whether you paid
Review the result shown in checkout and any payment receipt you received. Check the amount, currency, and payment status before attempting the same tip again.
A pending bank entry alone may not establish the final outcome. Do not repeatedly submit another payment just because a creator balance has not changed immediately.
For creators
Check Monetization for confirmed tips. Only confirmed payments belong in this list; unconfirmed checkout attempts should not be treated as settled earnings.
