Each channel can have its own rules

Creators and moderators can manage channel chat. Depending on the channel’s settings, chat may be disabled or restricted with tools such as slow mode, followers-only mode, or emote-only mode.

Before sending a message

Sign in when prompted, read the channel rules, and check any message shown by the chat composer. If slow mode is active, wait before sending again.

A channel-level restriction is not necessarily a site-wide account problem. Do not try to bypass moderation by creating alternate accounts or repeatedly resending blocked content.

If something is harmful

Use the channel’s report control when appropriate. Read Report a channel for guidance. A report is reviewed separately from the channel’s own chat controls.
