Verification or password-reset email missing
Check the address and use the correct recovery step without sharing codes.

Check the address and inbox
Confirm that you entered the intended email address. Check spam, junk, and other filtered folders, and allow time for the message to arrive.
During signup
Use the resend-code option on the verification screen when available. Enter the code from the newest verification message. Avoid repeatedly creating new accounts to resolve a missing message.
During password recovery
Request a fresh message from Forgot password if the reset link expired or has already been used. The recovery confirmation is intentionally generic and does not prove an account exists for the address you entered.
Stay secure
Never share a verification code, reset link, or password in chat or a screenshot. If you registered with a social sign-in option, try that same option from the sign-in page.
