Joining to watch
Choose Viewer during signup if your main goal is discovering broadcasts and taking part in communities. Start with Browse, open a channel, and sign in when a feature requires an account.
Joining to broadcast
Choose Streamer if you want to create a channel and broadcast. Your creator dashboard contains channel setup, stream information, and broadcasting tools.
Creating an account does not automatically start a live stream. Creators need to connect broadcasting software using their own stream credentials.
