Open Stories
Visit Stories or use the Stories rail on the home page. Select a Story to open the full-screen viewer.
Move between moments
Use the viewer’s navigation controls. Keyboard navigation is available when using a keyboard; on smaller screens, use the visible controls.
Why a Story disappears
A published Story is available for a 24-hour window unless its creator unpublishes it earlier. A creator can renew a Story to start a new window. An expired Story is not evidence that your account has been blocked.
Find the original content
Stories are published from ready channel clips. Check the creator’s clips or the media library for available original content; removing a Story does not necessarily remove its clip.
